What is an IVA? An Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) is applicable if you owe over a certain amount to a number of creditors. We work with you and your creditors, and aim to reach a positive conclusion for you. An IVA can result in up to 75% of your debt being written off, interest and charges frozen, and a fixed monthly payment decided upon. These I.V.A payments continue for 5 years, after which time your debts will be repaid.

An IVA is designed to avoid the issues of bankruptcy, and is governed by the Insolvency act of 1986.

What is a Debt Management Plan? Debt Management is exactly what it sounds like - management of your debt. If this method of debt repayment is the best solution for your circumstances, then our team of debt-management specialists will work with you and your creditors to some up with a Debt Management Plan (DMP).

A Debt Management Plan (DMP) is an arrangement that is agreed with your creditors to repay your debts at a lower rate than usual, with the possibility of interest being frozen, and no additional fees.
