Well done - you have made the first step of realising that you have borrowed too much. That is one of the first steps of managing your debt. You need to write down all of your debts - don't hide any, as you're only hiding them from yourself, which solves nothing. If you hide your debts, you will never become debt-free as there will always be another problem building up.
Once you have noted down all of your debts, you need to see if you have any loans that you can clear quickly. The idea is to clear those loans and cards that have the higher APR rates, as these are costing you more in interest than the others. If you can balance transfer any of your debts to other cards that have lower APRs, then that can help in the short term. Obviously in the long term, the idea is to have them completely paid off.
If your debts are so large that you simply can't even service the interest, then a Debt Management Plan (DMP) or IVA may be for you. A DMP is typically used when the total debt is under £15,000. For larger amounts an IVA is a better option.
